Stuff that I have done:

* Stripped it all down

* Cut out all rust and replaced it by welding in replacement metal

* Body straightened, worst panels replaced

* All badges and lock barrels shaved

* Cleaned up the whole floorpan and applied sound deadening paint and better carpet insulation

* Cleaned up the inside of the boot floor and resprayed it gloss black acrylic

* Resprayed the car in Mint Julep Acrylic with traditional blackouts around windows & over bonnet

* Installed a central locking kit, with an alarm and keyless entry

* Fabricated and installed a solenoid-operated remote boot release

* Replaced non-matching carpet, headlining, parcel shelf & pillar trims with black material

* Replaced original chamois colour (cracked) vinyl seats with retrimmed velour & vinyl seats

* Replaced LX 'SL' woodgrain dash with black grain 'TORANA' fascia

* Replaced LX 'SL' instrument cluster with LH 'SL/R' instrument cluster

* Replaced LX 'SL' woodgrain boomerang wheel with leather Autotecnica sports wheel

* Installed an 'SL/R' four speed console

* Replaced original low-wattage sealed beam headlights with 7" semi-sealed headlight lenses with 100W/55W H4 globes and integrated parkers

* Got RWC and registered it.

* Lowered car's ride height

* Fitted a heavy duty clutch and refreshed the gearbox, clutch cable mechanism and clutch pedal

* Fitted a rebuilt short-shifter with custom made machined alloy shifter knob

* Converted the car to run on straight LPG

Stuff that I plan to do that I haven't done yet:

* Borg Warner 78 diff. 3.45:1 with a slippery and rear discs

* More engine work

* Audio System:
 - Alpine Head-unit
 - Alpine 6"s mounted in kick panels
 - 10" sub mounted upside down into thick MDF Parcel shelf

* Lots of little things to finish the car off

hey thanks for the rating. im glad you like the Nova, and your right, it does have a pretty wicked stance when its rollin down the street. most guys these days seem to put a larger rim with less tire size, or they tub it completely so the tires are tucked under so you cant really see much of them. I wanted to even raise the rear end another inch or so but I dont have the money for it right now. your cars pretty sweet too. it'd be cool to see a chevy small block in that thing, as im sure you would be able to rip the tires loose in every gear. keep up the hard work.
