Panel Strengthning
Damping the external shape of the car is not everything, I also used some damping and Fiber Glass to make rock-solid every internal panel of the car:
To prepare some poliester resin, better use a disposable container...
It's better to have some Fiber Glass textile ready to use, in order not to loose time when the resin is ready...
Before starting with the resin and Fiber Glass work, some elements of the panel were masked...
And then we can extend the resin with a brush...
After that, all the inner panels were treated just like the external body of the car...
Finally a foam panel was glued in the inner side to enshure a strong and tight adjust...
and I swear it is, it was hard to fix the door panel to the door itself...
