The idea of this stereo, is a discreet standard looking stereo, mainly aimed at SQ as well as high SPL, but as security is foremost on my mind, it has to appear standard from the outside.

Phase Linear Aliante 8" midbass x 2
Crystal COMP 1212 x 2
Brax Multicontroller
Brax Voltmeter
Optima Yellow top
£600 of Stinger Cable
All of the above equipment is installed as discreetly as possible, as shown below. The great thing about this car is how it looks when its all locked up, the stereo is completely hidden. I have kept the mids in the standard location again for stealth reasons, the mounting place is pretty solid and the doors have been sound deadened. The tweeters are on the A pillar as opposed to on the door due to not being able to get the cable through the doors without a lot of hassle. The midbass are the only unsubtle thing, but these will be moved to the doors over the winter, ready for my first season of competition :)
The Boot
In the boot is....
2 RF 200.2s, 3 RF 60.2s, 3 x Audio Control EQTs, Overdrive, Epicentre, 4XS, Multicontroller, Optima Yellow Top and 2 0.8 cu.ft boxes for the Crystal COMP1212s
Anyone thinking of doing an install like this.... It took me 10 days solid in total for installation, including nearly 2 days wiring. Here is my stereo 5 hours before the first show....
