Recently was the SLAP Show National Championships in Atlanta, GA. This is what I have been working towards for the past 3 years. The goal of the car is first and foremost a sound quality car. Ths is the most important thing. Show and performance are secondary....believe it or not. Anyway...at the Nationals, I acheived my goal...I won 1st Place in Pro Ultimate 601+. Also, I entered the car show, and won 1st Place in Ultimate Mitsubishi. The icing on the cake was Best of Show - Engine. Here are a few pics...

This is the full rear view of the car. Notice the taillight conversion, as well as the House of Kolors paint. You will see the graphics different colors depending on the agle and lighting.

This is what the inside looks like. This is where the rear seats used to be. Now, there is a Nitrous Bottle, 2 extra Optima batteries, an Audio Control EQ, and a bunch of wiring.

This is closer up view of the rear seat area. You can see that the batteries are painted the Chamelion that was used on the outside of the car. The aluminum plates covering the batteries is 1/4" aluminum....not aluminum lookinf laminate. The battery boxes are lined with real carbon fiber and highlighted with red neon.

The above is a pic of me cleaning something on the car. Maybe I am just resting...not too sure. Again, look at the passenger side door...Notice the different color of the graphics?

This is another angle of the car.

This is what the engine bay looks like now. Just before the show, I had the valve cover painted the same red as the outside of the car. I have added lots of chrome pieces as well. More chrme and polishing to come later.

This pic is from NOPI Nationals a few weeks ago. I was set up in the BFGoodrich tires booth. I was fortunate enough to win 1st place in 95-97 Eclipse Turbo.

This is a close-up of the hood. Unfortunately, the "graininesss" of the picture does not really do it justice. You can get an idea of the "streaks" that were put into it. You CAN really see the "rip" effect though.

Being in a booth, as well as part of a good Team, has its priveledges! We get models!!
I want to thank Joe Zelano and the rest of the guys at Elite Audio in Spartanburg, SC (864-583-0604), the International All Stars, and all the guys who put in late nights and all nighters to help me get things finished at the last minute.
