With boot space being limited I wanted a very tight/punchy bass coupled with the smallest box possible without loosing any SQ/SPL.
This is where I bowed out and put the design in the trusted hands of Erskine Fenty (EF MAX)justcallme@ntlworld.com who designed a 1.15cuft double chambered ported sub box design.
SQ and SPL is excellent giving a very loud, tight and punchy bass.
These picks show 3 Alpine MRV T707 v12 amplifiers that was supplied by www.letsbuycaraudio.com
2 amplifiers are providing 2*225W MAX / 2*100W RMS of power to both the front and rear component speakers.
The remaining amplifier has 1*600W MAX / 1*320W RMS providing power to the subwoofer.
Each amplifier has been secured to a 3/4" mdf wedged frame bolted to the seats, rear quarter and bolted and screwad to the 3/4" mdf false floor, all have a 1/4" mdf facia covered in black acoustic cloth to finish off.
