As far as performance mods I have an AEM cold air intake, H&R full coilovers, Magnaflow stainless steel catback.

First I installed some generic damping material call Peel n Seal. I got a deal on some other stuff called Raammatt. I like it much better and installed it on the trunk lid and inside too.

Here's one of the doors I used Peel n Seal.rcantu's 2004 Nissan Titan I put 2 layers on my rear deck but my pic came out too blurry to post. I spent around 20 hours installing it. I would have saved 1/2 that time using Raammatt only.

I cut out some 1/2 inch mdf to make a floor baffle to hold up the future amp and sub. The stock baffle was just some super flimsy pressboard.
