12/7/02 Just won my first Hopp OFF, $50 bucks baby, Info; 3/4 lines, 1/2 inche valves, Slam ES62, 400 psi, 6 Galon expansion, 2 55 nitrogens.
Shot of my amazing outlaw score(in the port of the box). True spl score was 150.6. Here is the box done with silver pearl ghost flames, and a 3d flame.

08/19/2002 I finally finished the rear fast valves and replaced all the obsolete firestone with Conitech. Looking at about 12-14 inches in hop. I think I am done in the hoppin area . just finished the box paint and flames and wired and rebuilt the sub. PiCS up as soon as i can find software for my cammera. I used 1/2 inch port sirai 400 psi solenoids, and 1/2 or 15 mil SMC gt valves(SMC sound and work better). They are too sick, @ about 310 psi the sucker realy hops. Pics up soon.

These first pick are of one of the most recent car shows. I have most of my saftey points and my wizard along with most fo my sound off and carshow trophies.
I finally decide to break down and splurge on fiberglass to my surprise it was about 100 dollars for materials. The boxes continuity stayed the same along with all the air space. So when finished should still hold 150's.
The conception is easy and the frame wasnt to hard. I decided to put the amp in the box because one woofer is not too impresive so with the amp it works out.
This is after 4 layers and dry. I cant believe how hard it realy is. We mixed all the layers cold or about 16/1 or two cups of resin to one ounce of hardener. The final coat of resin was super hot to seal and keep the bugs out.
These are the pics as of sunday night and the box is well on its way. Next stop is the body guy.
Just left the body guy at 11:30pm he tore me a new one saying that we did good but we should have waited. The top is finnaly ready for good primer. Now I know the difference between Filler and glazing putty.
ToTal time till completed was close to 60 Man Hours/ next time will be a lot shorter.
