2005 season is now under way. So far 3 events, 3 FTDs, and 3 class wins. Unfortunately I had a bad showing at the El Paso National Tour thanks to a broken front sway bar mount and it was just too loose.
The 2004 season is just about over. At this point I'm winning the RGRSCCA Pro Class but it will come down to the last event. This year I was 13th in E Stock driving a 93MR2 (Thanks Rich) at Nationals, 4th in the Farmington Pro Solo and 4th at the Phoenix Tour. I've again been nominated for the RGRSCCA Solo2 Driver of the Year. The car will probably undergo a season long transformation into SM2 next year while I help develop the MR2 a bit further.
The 2003 season is over. I managed to win CSP in the RGRSCCA Points Series and place 28th in the SCCA Solo2 Nationals in a DSP Spec Miata. Also, I was named RGRSCCA's 2003 Solo2 Driver of the Year. In total the car took 3 SCCA FTDs and two PCA FTDs. Not too shabby for a daily driven overweight pig but I plan to address this for 2004.
