Sound Deadening

nickos's 1994 Ford Ranger This is my product of choice for deadening the inner door skins. Mar-Hyde from Bondo. At $2.47 a 18 oz. can, it is an affordable choice for sound deadening sprays and works the same as Dynashield from Dynamat. I used a whole can on each door.

nickos's 1994 Ford Ranger After cleaning the inner door skin with a damp rag. I protected the door lock actuator and window mechanisms with aluminum foil.

nickos's 1994 Ford Ranger This is a picture of the finished product without the aluminum foil removed.

nickos's 1994 Ford Ranger I suggest you use cheap disposable rubber gloves. I didn't use gloves so I had to wash the tar from the spray off my hands with gasoline.

nickos's 1994 Ford Ranger To get most of the gasoline small and tar residue off I used ordinary dish soap that can cut through grease and oils.

This is an install im progress and more pictures will be added apon completion.
