UPDATE 7/1/08 The Queen has been gone for a little over a month. She's been replaced with an '04 P73.

Thanks for coming to view my page! Let's get right down to it, shall we?

1993CrownVicLX's 1993 Ford Crown Victoria

This is my first ride, a 1993 Ford Crown Victoria LX. I purchased it in June of 2005 with 59,950 miles on the odometer for the price of $3500. I used to work at a used car dealership, and from the moment I drove the car I fell in love with it.

I've been mild on the modifications front, due some to monetary contraints and due mostly to parents thinking I shouldn't spend money on such an old car. However, lately I have been tinkering more and more with various things.

The first mod I had done was a completely new exhaust system. I went from factory single to a custom-bent, alumized, dual 2.25" setup with no H-pipe and Flowmaster Super 40 mufflers. While some people may disagree with the look, the sound is perfect.

Over a period of two years, I worked on getting a great sound system in the car. What I had in there is as follows:

Pioneer DEH-P7800MP head unit
Blaupunkt GTA: 4 Special 4-channel amplifier
Infinity Kappa 5x7 component speakers in the front doors
Infinity Kappa 6x9 3-way speakers in the rear deck
JL Audio 12" W3v3 subwoofer, ported, carpeted box
Coustic mono D-block amplifier

The setup sounded fantastic and all told I was putting out about 640 watts RMS.

December 1-2, that came to an end when everything but my speakers was ripped off.

Other modifications to the car include a 1995-style Crown Vic grille and 3.55 gears with Ford track-lok. That explains my newfound 90 mph top speed. Recently I also had my one rust area cut out and replaced.

The car has been shown at two local car gatherings and at the All-Ford Nationals held at Carlisle, PA. On the next pages you will find pictures that I have uploaded so far.
