Performance
These are just some overall engine bay pic. You can see the aluminum FSTB, the Frankencar intake, and the Zex nozzle in the intake piping. I also have a Motostorm underdrive pulley as well as NGK BKR6E-11 1-step colder spark plugs that you cannot see in any pictures. The pulley is located in a bad spot to get any pictures of it so it isnt shown at all on this page. And its obvious that you arent going to see the spark plugs. You can also see my red spark plug cover and the other various red covered hoses and stuff.

These shots are of my Frankencar Performance intake with JWT velocity stack MAF adapter and open-end K&N high flow air filter. The first two were taken before the nitrous install, notice the lack of a nitrous nozzle in the intake piping. The last pic is after the nitrous install and you can see the nozzle in the piping.

These next shots are of my Greddy EVO catback exhaust system. I have the muffler section heat wrapped to get the exhaust gases out a little quicker. The Greddy has a 4.5" tip. All the piping is 2.5" and mandrel bent, all that is pictured is the muffler tip because you cant really get a good shot of everything under the car.
Now the next group of pics is my Cattman Performance ceramic coated headers compared to the stock cast iron boat anchors that were on the car. I think the whole set of catman headers weighs less than the stock front bank and the precat alone. Aside from the weight reduction these give a significant increase in power over the Cattman y-pipe i had installed prior to these. The rear bank is pictured, stock on the right and Cattman on the left in each of the pics below.
This is a shot of SR20DEN installing the front bank of the Cattman headers. Youll also notice the motor mounts have been removed to free up some space to work. This is definately NOT a quick DIY installation.
This is a shot of the equal length y-pipe section of the Cattman headers after the full install was completed. This is the finished product of about 5+ hours of work. Everything bolted up very nicely but the headers did seem to push my exhaust back a little more so we had to remove a heat shield at the back and modify the heat shield above the stock catalytic converter so it wouldnt hit and cause any unwanted noises.
The next group of pictures are of my Zex wet kit. This kit is actually the Ford Mustang GT kit, NOT the import kit. It includes jets for 75, 100, and 125 horsepower shots. Im currently running a 100hp shot. Im waiting for my Harlan window switch to arrive so I can automate my system even more than it already is. This was also installed by SR20DEN.
Here you can see the Zex Nitrous Management Unit (ZNMU), this is the brains of my nitrous kit. The unit is tucked away out of sight in the engine bay. There are no solenoids with Zex, just this NMU. Once activated the unit is triggered by a wide open throttle switch, so when the gas hits the floor, the system is spraying.
Here is the fuel line tee for the Zex system. This line goes into the Zex NMU to provide the fuel the kit needs. Also my fuel pressure guage sender is installed here as well.
This is the Zex nozzle going into the intake piping. This is a wet kit, that being the reason for the two lines going into the nozzle. One is fuel and the other is nitrous.
And I'll finish the nitrous section off with the pics of the 10lb bottle mounted in the trunk beside my sub.
