The Engine

This car can get up and go...once the engine gets broken in properly.

The factory battery had to go...

Upgrading the factory wires, 2 awg for the power to the amps rack, and 4awg for the grounds, which dont run more than 24". Everything is carefully routed and protected w/flex loom.

Upgraded the grounding contact.

Used the factory cover. Just needed a little modifying.

Finally I installed a properly mounted fuse holder on plexi that is mounted to the factory tie down for the battery. This means the fuse holder is held nice and solid. No worries here.

Here is the AEM cold air intake that I installed for a little added power, but mainly for looks.

Filter receiving colder air from this spot...!

BUMPER FAILURE...!!!
Yeh, my bumper got torn up by an alley cat that I hit while driving about 60 mph on a city street. It was hard enough to crack the corner of my bumper, and eventually break a piece off. The cat got it well though, it had no chance of survival under my 17" wheels :0)

Here's my pix replacing the bumper after getting a new bumper painted. Notice, this was done in my garage...ya see, I like to do as much on my own...no sweat here.
