This is my 87 trans am, it has recently been painted and after painting it i updated the radio to a pioneer deh12. -> I replaced my factory speakers with pioneer 4x6"s ,sounds ok especially considering only one front one worked whe i first got eh car and one back one was blown, when we first got it it was in pretty rough shape, but i will have it back to normal, but with more bass than normal, ->.here is a back pix, alrigt i had to talk some more to get this next pix where i wanted it cuz it kept getting over my side pix. ->that is my mom in the first side view pix, and my car,,shinin,, right after we picked it up from the "paint booth" ,,,,,, ->i made a baffel becuz i got tired of the r/t, and i wanted somewhere better to put the amp, baffels out and the kenwood that isn't blown is in my room, i had a 12" kicker comp in, not real loud, just a start.
I haven't updated in forever, i have been driving the car since march and have done lots of work on it since then.
Here is a picture of the kicker comp in an r/t and the amp i was running on the hump in the rear -> I got tired of having pretty much no bass at all so i got a kicker cvr, just one didn't last but about 3 weeks until my amp blew it. the amp was pushing enough power to one to tear the wires from the cone and make it loose connection. I bought the sub at a local shop and sent it off to be repaired and bought 2 more then, so as of now i have 3 cvrs with only 2 in my car. the one alone hit a 139.9. with two in cheap boxes i did a 141.9, and i have a custom box that i made myself to hold 2 until i get an amp to push all 3, check it out

->
took me three days of working pretty much all day long to finish the box, lots of angles in the back of these cars.

->
I still need to cover the box, im thinking of doing carpet to match my interior carpet on the base board and black vinyl on the ring piece, let me know what you think on covering

->
I started working on a new box so i can actually put all 3 of my cvr 12"s in my car and see how loud it will get, finished it, a friend of mine made an awesome amp rack for me, i painted the box and rack to match the car, still need to extend my power wire to run the wires under the carpet all the way, let me know what you think, ya it gets loud...

wanted to do something different, too many people have carpet so i used some bondo, primer filler, bright red paint, and a lot of clear coat, it blings.
here is a pix from the front side, the sticker is really crooked i know, how do you like the grilles in the dash, their stock with a lil self mods. . this is what has been in my car over the past year, im planning on going bigger, just dunno about with this car.
