This may not be the fastest Chevy Astro to roam the streets. It may not have the loudest system, but it has the most soul. It belongs to Howard and the White Boys, Chicago's hardest working blues band. The interior is gutted except for the two front seats and the paint job is one you may never see again. The huge stereo you ask? Well, they haul all their equipment in it and they like making eardrums bleed when they play, so you know they're packing some serious power in the back.
