INTERIOR

...the idea I have going with the interior is to keep it rather simple. So far Ive got the Voodoo shifter and e-brake-custom order... in a glossy black and I have shiney black vent rings too. I got a shiney black radio/MP3 player and when the leather is all spiffed up they can get quite shiney too. All makes for a clean factory look.

gksspotTJ's 1995 Mazda Miata This is the most current interior shot. Took the pic to show my new MOMO Competition 350mm steering wheel. The finishline hub adapter was used to connect it. 100% improvement over the old peeling steering wheel.

gksspotTJ's 1995 Mazda Miata This is the NEW Leather Lid. The core has to be sent in to do the work but it definetly was worth it. Not a tacky stick on pad. The link to this new product is above and to the right, its a small company so the Manufacturer Info to the left is not in the Cardomain registry.

gksspotTJ's 1995 Mazda Miata Here is my special order from Voodoo Bob. Its a smooth and shiney black brake grip. Here are my Katzkins brake and shift boots and my OEM ashtray that I sanded and painted black, this is before the clock though.

gksspotTJ's 1995 Mazda MiataHere is the old plastic OEM Handbrake and old OEM cd player and old crappy vinyl shift boot... Im so glad I upgraded.

gksspotTJ's 1995 Mazda MiataHere is another picture of the vent rings I painted. They came out well and saved me some cash for other mods.

gksspotTJ's 1995 Mazda MiataThese are the OBX pedals I got.

gksspotTJ's 1995 Mazda Miata OLD PICTURE-Need to replace the mats huh? Here is the dead pedal I seemed to miss in the previous pic. I shouldve probably cleaned the pedals too

gksspotTJ's 1995 Mazda Miata These are the Moss gauges I bought(FEB 03) I replaced my KPH ones for MPH... but I returned them on 20th of March because of the following problem.

gksspotTJ's 1995 Mazda Miata They have some lighting issues on the top of the three gauges. WARNING if you are going to spend a lot of money dont buy the Moss ones or IL Motorsport ones (they make them-Moss just imports them)

Cool Glo Gauge Installation was pretty easy. OLD GAUGES

gksspotTJ's 1995 Mazda MiataThe red/orange flourescent paint used on the needles looks good during the day and glows with the backlighting at night.

gksspotTJ's 1995 Mazda MiataHere is the dimmer/color selector thingy...

gksspotTJ's 1995 Mazda Miata ...I put the dimmer/color thingy in the place of my blank Hard top defrost button. Now I dont have to bend down, LAZY HUH?

Cocomats

More pics June 24th 03. The color match is good enough for me and the lack of Miata script makes me happy.gksspotTJ's 1995 Mazda MiatagksspotTJ's 1995 Mazda Miata

BIG RED PUSH BUTTON STARTER

These are some night pics of the button and interior lighting.
