Here's my '87 Buick Grand National. I purchased it with 107k miles with the intent of driving and enjoying, as it now has over 150k miles! The long block is STOCK, minus valve springs and Timing set. I bought it May of 2000, and then swapped out the stock 15x7 chrome steel rims with a set of GTA 16x8 Rims (Which are Very similiar to GNX Rims). When I decided to paint the car in March of 2002, I decided to make it a GNX clone. GNX's were Buicks final goodbye to the Grand National. The GNX was the Grand National to end all Grand Nationals. ASC did the conversions, which were done to random Grand Nationals. Modifications were done to the rear suspension, getting rid of the 4 link, and making it more like a Camaro rear suspension. They changed the turbo for one with a ceramic impeller, changed the intercooler for a larger one, chip change, 16x8 Mesh style rims, fender louvers, and wheel well flares, badging on the grille, trunk, very nice gauge package, and production number plaque on dash. Only 547 of these Buicks were made. I only added the rims, fender louvers, and wheel well flares.

Hurst Line Lock, BURN OUTS!! Easier on the rear brake shoes so I can hold 10psi at the line.

The line lock came in handy at the Burn Out contest, too bad they limited the time to 30 seconds, another 30 and maybe one would have blown.
