this is my beautiful 97 SS. I bought it a few years ago when I saw it in a car dealership and had to have it. it was all stock. after a year of driving it, I figured it was time for a few upgrades. I bought a loudmouth exhaust and put on some lowering springs along with bilstein shocks. they made a huge difference in tone and performance.
I also decided to put in a new cam and lifters and promptly spun a bearing. Oh well in went a 383LT1 stroker,LT4 heads,comp cam,SLP shorties.
