This is my first attempt at putting in a serious sound system. Finally I have a car that deserves to sound as good as it looks. I researched for months before I actually began purchasing the components. What I was looking for was an install that sounded damn good(but could drop serious bass when it was needed), was not to expensive and would not look too obvious. Basically a stealth install
For the headunit I chose the Pioneer DEHP-8200. This was chosen mainly due to the graphic displays and internal crossover and subwoofer controls.
For my Rear fill Im running a 4" Polk Audio EX2540 component system in each door. Originally I wanted to install a component system in all four doors but things changed a little at the install bay. So for the front I have a pair of Polk Audio EX402a's as well as a set of Polks EX2500 component tweeters. The car came with a factory component system in the front anyway, so there was room for the tweeters. I'm considering wether or not I want to put the components in the front later on.
