Ok folks. Sorry I have neglected this site for so long. I was working on the PM site and the hard drive crashed that had every photo etc on it. I basically have to start over.
We are working over the off-season to address the problems that come with the massive power. Everyone knows we have h power but we can't get it to the ground on a consistent basis. At the top of the list are custom axles. We snapped so many of them last season so they have to be addressed. I have to address my braking system along with additional fuel. You will se why by March 2005.
We have a couple of other surprises coming from the team this coming 2005 season. The best being our female team member that can out drive most of you guys out there. Wait till you see her car...definately the prettiest XR in the Tri-State right now. Shouts to the PM crew!
I have been getting a bunch of questions over time about the rear I am using. The BMW posi rear is the best bang for the buck that we use at the shop. The are a few modifications but the results are worth it. power goes from both wheels to the ground with more effectiveness than the stock rear. It has proven to support over 500BHP so the only problems we have had are the axles. My car is still street so I prefer the .373 rear.
Keep reading to see what I use to get this power!
Under the hood has once again been transformed by Phil at PM Motorsport. Included here are the Innovative Turbo Systems T4/60-1 sitting on a PM Motorsport Custom Tubular Header, and PM Motorsport Custom Intake. Upgraded my injectors to 75lbs. I finally got rid of the restrictive computer and Superchip by using a stand-alone system by SDS. Yeah That PM CAI is pretty big leading down to a 9"K&N filter. Overall the power is transferred to a T-5 tranny, a one piece driveshaft, and a BMW LSD rear. I started to chrome plate some of the parts while the car was down. I will complete the rest of the engine soon.

I got an authentic Cossie Bumper to allow for a bigger Spearco Intercooler. Thanks Erik C!
I got and even bigger intercooler over the winter to maximize power this summer.
Thanks to B&B machine shop for balancing my Pistons and 5700 Rods.
They also balanced & polished the crank
