My 03 ESCAPE... No doubt one of the best rides I've ever owned! Grabbed this used FWD compact SUV in early 2005. Rides and handles like Hondas I've previously owned (Accord, Civic, CRX) yet it's a 6 cyl SUV. How cool is THAT? Nimble, quick and GREAT FUN to drive!

This vehicle will remain clean and simple. Windows were tinted by the dealer. WESTIN Safari Bar added 06/05. Brushed aluminum FORD accent bars added shortly afterward. 2005 Bullitt Mustang 17x8's mounted 10/05. Upgraded the funky stock brake pads to ceramic before putting these on.

12/05 update

HELLA driving lights are now mounted, looking much better than the (previous) larger Westin's. EIBACH springs are also in. Change in stance is barely noticeable after the tire rim upgrade, but the handling? Superb. Springs are excellent. Need to install some KYB's! In time, in time...

The shots above are with the Eibach's installed, below are pre-Eibach install. Note the SERIOUS tire-fender gap in the rear! No longer quite as significant.

Nice Escape, I like your mods! How do you like the ceramic brake pads? I'd like to change out my stock ones, you know how they get...

jrsbagged96, got the Eibachs USED from another member in the SF Bay Area for under $150, installed them myself. Thanks, trying to keep it clean and simple. myescape06, that hitch cover and the hitch itself are Ebay items!
