Thanks for taking the time to check out my install. Unfortunately, I didn't do the work myself. I have learned, though, that I will never trust another shop to do my installs, as I can never truly know how much attention was paid or how much care was taken unless I sit in with them and watch them work. I'll be doing my own work from now on. Anyway, as far as my car goes, I haven't had a huge amount of mods done, but the few that I have done make a very big difference. First off, in case you didn't know, I drive a black 1999 Chevrolet Suburban. It is a 3/4 ton, 4x4 model with a 454 cu in. engine. There are only two mods to speak of, being the Hypertech Computer Reprogramming, and the Whipple Supercharger. The Whipple piece makes all the difference, as it boosts horsepower about 40%. I'd venture to say the truck is capable of around 415 bhp. Everyone that rides in it calls it "The Banshee" because of the way the supercharger screams when I hit the accelerator. I love the way it sounds. I really like this truck, but I am slowly outgrowing the big truck phenomenon, which you'll definitely see evidence of on a later page. I'd love to get my hands on a sports car, preferrably a late model Trans Am with Ram Air. I love the way those cars look. As far as the system goes, it's fairly simple, but sounds great. It's mostly an SQ setup, but can get fairly loud, considering vehicle size. Were it in a hatchback or just a smaller car, it would most likely hit high 140's.
The system is as follows:
Head Unit: Clarion DRX9675z
Xover/Line Driver: Audio Control HPX
Components: Focal Utopia 165w in stock locations(Soon to be sealed in doors)
Component Amp: Xtant 404m bridged to 200x2
Subs: Two(2) Infinity Perfect 12.1's
Sub Amp: Hifonics Generation XI-Zeus bridged to 1200x1 at 2 ohm mono.

I added this picture just for fun, and to show my loyalty to Texas A&M.
