This is my 1983 15th Anniversary Hurst/Olds. It is one of only 3,001 produced. I purchased it from the third owner with 109,000 miles on it, and now 2 and a half years later, it has just over 122,000 and is still running strong.

The car is completely stock except for the Accel HEI Distributor Cap, Coil, 300+ 8.8mm racing wires and K&N air filter. The car rides on BF Goodrich Radial T/A's. This picture was taken at the Hurst/Olds National Meet in Maple Grove PA, you can notice the racing numbers on the windsheild.

The car has the correct stock 307 cid VIN #9 V-8 rated at 180 hp with 245 lb-ft of torque, a TH200R4 transmission and a 3.73 rear end. The fastest time I turned at the track with the car was a 15.5 at 86 mph, thats was with 120,000 miles on the clock!

This car is one of only about 450 cars that came through with the rare Gray interior, the rest came with the Maple Red. All the Hurst/Olds' came with Hurst's new at the time Lightning Rod Shifter, seen in this picture. With this set up the driver could select gears manually or let the transmission shift, simular to the "His/Hers" dual gate shifter. The interior is about 90% origonal and I've kept it stock. As you can see I added the rubber floor matts to try and protect the carpets because I use the car regularly during the fair weather months.

The car was repainted about 4 years ago, before I bought it. The exterior is mosty origonal except for the front grills and headlight bezzels, which are from an '85 442. I am also missing the rear spoiler wing tips. I am always buying parts for the car, so if you have anything extra from an 83-87 Cutlass, 442, or Hurst/Olds email me at hurstoldsmobile@yahoo.com.

I personally do all the mechanical work on my car. I have chosen to keep it stock, minus the Accel equipment and the K&N air filter. This picture was taken at the Hurst/Olds nationals in Maple Grove PA.

This is my car at Maple Grove, I'm racing a 1980 Oldsmobile 442 with a 350, and just for the record, I won the race (Thank you H/OCA for the picture of my car!).
