This is my other project, a 1974 2002. Its currently going through the restoration at the moment but because of other things (the 72tii) it hasnt been completed yet.

OZ_Tom's 1972 BMW 2002

It wont be quite as modified as the 72tii but will still have some nice bits and pieces. These are the bits already aquired:
- Turbo steering wheel
- 15" rims off the 72tii
- 2002ti twin Solex PHH sidedrafts with airbox
- E21 Recaros
- Reco Engine
- 300 degree cam

Will also get new suspension, carpet, headliner, reco dash and paint and an exhaust quieter than the ANSA on the 72tii.
Should make for a nice daily driver :-)

Great looking car. My apologies for the late reply. I am looking at your 02 as my benchmark. My latest and second 02 in WA is also a white one. You have done a fantsatic job. I hope to complete mine to the standard or yours. You can check it out under my other member name as Alpinatii.

Beautiful car Tom! I'm currently working on a '75 2002 and can only hope to get it in condition similar to yours. Are there suppliers that still have those Italian front turn signals available? Shoot me an email at mitad@aol.com. I'll hopefully post some photos soon. Thanks! - Tim
