There really isn't anything that distinguishes my vehicle from one that is showroom stock, other than the fact that mine has over 150,000 miles and is very, very dirty most of the time. It also has developed a rather unflattering rust spot behind the driver's side rear wheel, but then again it is getting close to a decade old.
