I havent done anything to her yet, but soon will. I plan to add a turbo, an intercooler, new exhaust, new headers, new manifold, new ecu, new ignition system, ect. Please fill out the poll as to which i should do first.

Thanks for the comments on my ride.
If you really want the speed limiter removed, all you can do is swap out the PCM to one from an auto tranny model SC of similar year (not a direct swap). The limiter is set to 114 on the 2nd and 3rd generation SL/SW's and 124 on the SC's. There's really nothing that can be done with the traction control. Like I said, the PCM pulls the engine timing to limit power whenever it detects wheel slip. Just remember to turn it off. Beware though, excessive wheel spin will cause the differential pin to exit it's home, destroying your tranny in the process! That's the weak link in our Saturn trannys.

clean looking car with lots of potential!
Rev limiter and traction control are both controlled via the PCM. You can turn off the TC manually, but thats it. It's not a mechanical device, rather the PCM retards the engine timing when wheel slip is detected.
Have a look at mine if you need some direction!

hey ryan, thanks for messaging me back and checking out my ride. yeah i plan on taking out the lightning audio, it was my first system when i didnt have alot of money. when i get a new job, i have some more things i want to do. i am selling my body kit asap, and its already boxed up and ready to go. im letting it go cheap for 500 bucks, but shipping will add another 175. let me know if you are still interested and when. now is the best time to put body kits on, rather than just before it snows ya know.
