This is my second 5000 TQ and wow it is sweet.
Here are some shots of it taken in Bragg Creek Alberta during a little road trip we took after buying it.
I couldn't be happier to have found this beauty. It's only ever seen synthetic fluids, I've never driven a smoother car, and as you'll see from the pictures is immaculate. It also hauls ass.
As I'm sure some of you know this is an 88' Olympic edition. That means the interior is done with Alcantara Suede and smooth leather. The Suede surfaces really help hold you in the nicely bolstered seats.
For now, the upgrades have been
Koni Sport-Adjustable shocks all around,
H&R Lowering springs, Dropped 1.5" Front 1.25" rear.
Ronal 2001 S4 wheels with 225/45/17 W rated rubber (Hopefully they'll see their 300KM speed rating some day.
Flared rear wells to fit those fat-boys back there,
Chipped ECU with modified adjustable wastegate set at 15psi
Boost gauge to see what's going on.
Hella V8 all red taillights
Bosch Euro issue headlights with silver corners and 6000K HID Conversion.
High-end Paint done in factory Tornado Red.
