These pics show how the car looked before May 2004

100% of the work was done by me, including paint. A number of body modifications were made to the car. The most significant are the Caprice/Impala SS front clip and radiused rear wheelwells.
The electronics:
A Focal Polykevlar 165K3 component set in the doors puts out sound for the front stage.

My custom rear deck. Two Crossfire P1 12s in a sealed box are under the black grille.

The taillights on my Roadmaster are sequential... meaning that the 4 bulbs on each side flash in sequence from the innermost one outward.

All the work back here was done by Scott Williams of the HOTSS car club. He makes trunk kits for Caprices and Impala SSes that include sidepanels with storage space, hinge covers, and a baffle board for freeair subs. Go
here for more info. The kit in my Roadmaster is the prototype kit for Roadmasters... it other words, it's the first!
This car is NOT all for show. It has plenty of go, thanks to the 4.10 gears and Eaton posi in the rear end, performance-built transmission, and LT1 motor with an LT4 hot cam.
Here is a pic of the hot cam going into the motor:

Here you can see my Crane/GMPP 1.6 ratio roller rockers with Crane valvesprings:

I have not yet run the car at the track, but with all the performance modifications I'm expecting high 13s in the 1/4 mile.
The suspension was not left untouched. Performance springs dampened by stiff Bilstein shocks hold the 4 corners up. Beefy stabilizer bars front and rear hold the car flat in turns.
In this pic you can see the rear bar. It's made by HO Enterprises for the Impala SS.

The Roadmaster is currently receiving yet another paint job. I'm hoping this will be the last one it sees, at least for a few years. The new color is from the '02 Corvette ZO6, Electron Blue Metallic.

More pics will be posted here when it's all done.
