This is my 96 olds cutlas supreme
This is a pic of my amp rack. In front is the MTX 2300X. Behind it is the pair of MTX 275X. This was the setup on the old install.
This is a pic of my Stinger Stiff1man Cap.
This is a pic of my JVC head unit and Alpine equalizer.
This is a pic of my box as i was building it. I think I used about a pound of screws and a tube of liquid nail on this box. I also used some soundedening spray on the inside.
This is a pic of my rear deck all torn apart. I built a frame that the amps sits in and the fans are mounted on the right side. The fans are controled by transistors which are controled by the remote turnon.
This is a pic showing the rear deck all rebuilt. It was built with a lamanate material and carpet and is about 3" taller than factory.
These are pics of my kicks. I made them out of fiberglass. First put down tape and fiberglassed the backs. Then built 1/2" rings for the speakers to screw to and aimed them. After getting the aiming right I fiberglassed the rest of it. Then sanded and carpeted the pods. I then used a whole saw to cut a whole in the grill covers to coaxl mount the tweeters.
These are pics with the kicks carpeted and the tweets mounted in the grills of the 5.4 boston mids.
Sorry the top pic is so dark i dont know what happened. It is a pic of my 12" fosgate power with the magnet sticking out of the box.I did this for two reasons one the magnet looks cool and the second is that the magnet is so big it causes alot of displacement in the box. This box is the finished product from the picture above. It also shows the jvc 12 disk changer.
