So waiting for some greater TLC to be completed there are new wheels waiting for it... and some other stuff as well.

It took one year to get the Miata repaired mainly due to me chasing parts all over Europe! Thanks to my Insurance company I was allowed to get parts myself a... Show morend with the help of some Greek friends I found an Car Enthusiast garage that took on the job.
As I had to go back to Sweden for a period the job wasn't finished until more than a year had passed - but it came out in better shape than ever! Everything damaged was upgraded and the front was replaced with a deeper spoiler from I.L. Motorsport (Europes equivalent to Racing Beat I guess).
We brought it back to Sweden in 2011, driving through the Greece, Macedonia, Kosovo, Monte Negro, Croatia, slovenia, Italy, Austria, Germany a nd Denmark.
On the way the cooling fan started to make a noise. It probably broke in the crash but wasn�t discovered unti the engine needed cooling - which took a long time! Those Miata engineers did a terrific job!
Both my girlfriend at that time and me enjoyed that trip! The Adriatic coast line is gorgeous!
I had also fitted a set of 17 inch Artec MF wheels with used Hankock Ventus tires bought on eBay.de and delivered to Greece! I haven't seen that type of rim on any other Miata so far but I feel they complement the car beatifully.
Come this spring (2014) more modifications will be fitted - so look for more updates! Show Less
DAMAGE!!Imagine standing a few feet away from your car with some friends noticing a couple of guys entering a car on the parking well aside (with lots of spa... Show morece to maneouver). Then helplessly watch as the driver puts his car in reverse and backs straight into your car! People tell me its typically Greek driver behaviour... all I can say is that this driver's car had damages all around!Some others have managed to bump into the Miata all over the front leaving their trade marks... And this car had a fresh cover of paint coming to Greece last april... Show Less
The guys pulling it out of the garage did a fine job...NOT! Together with the courier banging my new boot lid, with integrated brake light, before delivering... Show more it made the miata end up in the paint shop for what became a total paint job. The car was originally red but the former (German) owner decided to give it a new coat inside-out! It is an original Mazda color even if unsusal on a Miata, which is also one of the reasons I kept it. Show Less
