Finish is meant to be gritty as most chalkboards are so I am not worried about a little dust in the drying process. Final coat will be applied in a garage to avoid wind tossing the paint around, loving this paint! My girlfriends name is Chantelle, Telle for short and she labeled her place in the car. ***UPDATE: 24 Apr 11***Happy Easter to everyone who is reading this! Hopefully today is the day for the motor to start, just have to put the return fuel line in the tank and I can give it a shot. In the meantime here are a few shots of the engine bay AFTER wires have been cleaned up!***UPDATE: 27 Mar 11***Tibruon finally landed back in my driveway so I can carry on with the rest of the work starting with the engine install. After a week of nice weather and no snow we loaded it on the trailer only to wake up the following morning to it covered in snow, thanks Weather Network. There are so many things going on all at once but at least the project is coming together after a year and a half of storage.***UPDATE: 13 Jan 11***Working on a box intake manifold with a more efficient design surge tank and less bends for incoming air to travel through. Here are the parts traced out on to 3/16 aluminum with my chopped OEM manifold placed on its mating surface respectively.***UPDATE: 1 Jan 11***Goodbye 2010!Engine is being put together slowly, I dont want anything out of spec or anything to leak. There are a lot of little details that I am paying attention to both with the engine and the wire tuck but in the end something will still go wrong, its almost inevitable when the entire vehicle harness has been modified. ***UPDATE: 6 Dec 10***Some pics of the head work that has been done and also more porting to the intake manifold to match the shape and slope of the intake ports on the head, intake and exhaust gears. Block has been hot tanked, bored out and returned with a fresh coat of paint, I am awaiting a ring compressor to begin the build up. Show Less
