This page is dedicated to my 1970 Chevelle Malibu. I purchased this car back in 1989 as a "parts" car for my chevelle SS. In the end, I stripped ... Show moreanother car and built this one up as a daily driver from 1989 to 1994. I decided to sell the car in 1994 to purchase my 1994 GMC Sierra GT pick up. Now I am selling that pick up to buy another chevelle...Go Figure!?!? :-)
cerca 1989, I just bought the car...............
For the quick restoration of the car, the 307 was tossed after it blew up for a 350 bored .040 over with a mild cam and HEI distributor. The turbo 350 was rebuilt and the 3.08 10 bolt rear stayed in tact. The interior was freshened up with bucket and rear seats out of a 72 chevelle, a center console, a pioneer stereo system, and Stewart Wanger gauges and tach.
The body recieved a new NOS front fenders, the left door was replaced, the deck lid replaced, a new vinyl top, and paint. The paint is white centri enamel. A set of 15 x 7 rally rims with BF Goodrich Radial TA's.
The car was my daily driver when I attended school at NJIT and it was always seen around the campus. As I said eariler, I sold the car to a guy from Roselle Park in 1994. From there he had it for two years and sold it to someone else in Union County. That is the last I have heard of the car and have lost track of it. If any one knows the whereabouts of this car, please let me know via my guestbook!!! I would consider buying the car back based on its current condition if it is still "alive".
