This is my first Jeep.
This is my 1992 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. It has almost every available option except leather, and the 5.2 V8 which I dont... Show more believe was available when it was special ordered from the factory. I like the Laredo style better any way, because of the chrome grill and the plastic which keeps it lookin scratch free.
Im the second owner after I bought it off an old lady down the street. It was in perfect shape with only 54,000 miles.
Ive put about $6000 into it over 2 years and some times I loose track of were it all went. I have tons of mods in and out. Above you should just barely see the functional ram air I made on the hood.If you look between the two bars of the Manik brushgaurd you can see my dragons nostrals. It took my a lot of time to cut the scoops and hood to make the ram air work. I also painted the brush gaurd silver over the blacked out lights, and trimed the front bumper in front of each wheel. There are Hella fog on top and Hella driving lights on bottom I wired my self. There are also toe hookes bolted to the brushguard thats bolted to my frame.
Diamond plating that I did myself.
My new BFG 31/10.50s.
The STOCK 15/7 Aluminum ALLOY RIMS.
My Grand parked next to an all stock purple one. Parked next to my friends TT Supra witch I can smoke all day lond, no shits, as long as there is 3ft of snow.
This is my motor its a 4.0 I6. Stock it has about 195hp.
You can see my aluminum throttle body spacer. Between about 1/4 to 1/2 open throttle is whistles almost like a turbo, which sounds so cool with a 4in tip exhaust and the K&N all working together.
You can see the 8 holes were the air flows down from the hood scoop.
I bent out the cold air box and got rid of the plastic and stuff out of the way and air shoots right through the filter.
I have a Rancho 3in suspention lift, 3/4 in spacer, RS5000 shocks, BDS stearing stabalizer, Skyjacker adjustible track bar and quick disconects.
This is mt 4in tip welded to my stainless steel Flowmaster exhaust.
Before the stereo everyone has to get an alarm. Stock alarms suck and someone got away with all my shit once and no one saw anything. Some how I got lucky and the cops caught the guy with like 9 cars worth of stuff including mine.
My next mod was this alarm. It pages me if someones messing with my car and has remote start and a lot of other buttons. My stock alarm is still armed so you have to have both to get into the car.
I have a lot of sound and lighting upgrades that are all tucked away perfectly. I don't have the loudest, but I do have the best sounding system, to me anyways. It looks cool sounds loud as hell and I can still fit my full size spare 2 mountain bikes and lots of camping gear all inside my car with 3 people riding with leg room to spare.
These are my second set of subs. I first had 2 10in Eclipse Blacks then these 3 12in Autiobahnns in a black leather, plexy and a blue neon lighted box.
This is the turbo style electric fan thet sits in between the two amps to keep them cool. In the picture the blades are spinning so you can't really see them. This little fan pushes a lot of air and I've never had eather amp over heat.
But then I ran into this Eclipse Aluminum run by a JBL 1200.1 which kills all the subs I had before put together. Its in a custom 3/4in plexyglass box with a 3ft blue neon light behind it which all looks sweet at night.
This box is ported and made were this Aluminum sounds perfect and loud but its big enouph for a Titanium or a W7.
I also have the Focal Polyglass component mids and highs which sound beautiful compared to my old MBQuarts. I run my mids and highs from a 4 channel Eclipse amp. I mounted the Amps one on top of eachother behined the plexy box and it lookes like the sub and amps are just floating.I also put in a beefy electric fan to cool the amps.
I'll get more info and pictures as soon as I have time. Thanks for visiting.
This is the dog that lives in my car, so don't try to steel anything, he's been known to do some crazy shit.
