Hate to blatently copy others but those blacked out grills looked so damn good, I just had to.
See what I mean!
Maybe this weekend I'll get a cha... Show morence to clean out the interior some. First I need to repair my climate control module and properly connect the blower switches that were rigged by the previous onwer. He has the heater blower connected to a toggle switch. One speed only, full blast.
Okay! I removed the climate control module and resoldered it, then I reconnected the heater blower wiring(removing the switch previously mentioned) and it seems to work properly. A couple days and I'll be convinced.
I also tried resoldering the cruise control module, but no luck there. If anyone knows what my problem is please let me know. It works fine for a good while but sometimes even on level road, it seems to pulse. If it goes from pulsing to more of a surge, then it will surge for about 60 sec. then actually cut off. (cruise not the car) When this happens the cruise cannot be re-engaged untill the car has been cut off and restarted.
Here is when I was working on the climate control and fixing the switch. Show Less
I was going to dye the grey seat bottom to match but have decided not to. It is vinyl and the rest is leather, I think I'll find a leater one to work wit... Show moreh.
My instrument cluster showing current mileage. The glare obsures it but that's 183598
Some other interior shots. Still lots to do.
I went ahead and tried dying the vinyl seat with the leather dye, it didn't really soak in like with leather but it's better than grey. The other wear marks came out well in the leather though. Show Less
