Got tired of the ride height on the rear and decided to cut 2 turns off the B G springs, the results are amazing. The car grips better on turns, it does not bounce anymore and looks much more cooler than before.
The Nitto Drags 555 are mean on launches, I love them. The Nittos are 100 threadwear, the warmer the day the better they grip. Much more superior than the Falkens on a straight, but Falkens are stronger when driving thru turns and hills.
- Valve de-shrouding for better air flow and minimize turbulence.
- Valve neck porting, removed any sharp edges. Now smooth and continous flow.
- Closer look, eliminated any "hips" or "bumps" to minimize detonation by creating a smooth even surface in the piston chambers.
Note: I did not port the intake or exhaust floors. In other words, no gasket matching, I left it like it is; my goal is to find clean high velocity flow.
29APR05: At the present time I am working with a machine shop testing different profiles on the car. Its like been sponsored to run performance cams in my vehicle. Will post updates of results.
