"Baby Blue" 1966 Ford Mustang Sprint 200Arcadian Blue/BlueThis car is owned by my father, and I am running this page for him :)A work in progress.&... Show more#160; It was towed out of a field in Arkansas where it was sitting in mud up to its hubcaps. It's got 66,000 original miles (!) and was stock from the ignition key to the knockoff hubcaps. Blue vinyl interior with blue carpet and full console. Arcadian Blue original exterior paint. Slight rust in left rear 1/4 panel and lower rear windscreen panel area. After draining the bad gas, putting fresh gas in it, filing the points, brake adjustment, shift linkage adjustment, and a set of new tires, it was driven from Arkansas to Dallas, TX with no breakdowns except for an alternator failure in Oklahoma that was changed by my dad on the side of the road well after dark. (Thank goodness for 24 hour Autozone & ubiquitous Ford engines.) Motor does not burn oil, leak, or smoke. Shifts fine with (presumed) original clutch & pressure plate. Stops straight & even. Steering & braking are both Manual! I have no doubt it could compete in car shows in Survivor or Stock Original classes & do fairly well.
