Engine Bay Clean up and Detailing

Valve Covers Removed
Paint gone using paint stripper, sanded to... Show more 600 grit and polished with white rouge on a loose cotton wheel.
Painted using gloss black engine enamel, final coat was POR-15 Glisten PC clearcoat.
Power Steering Pump
After wire brushing to bare metal, and rust converter. the pump was painted with gloss black engine enamel and the pulley with gloss black tremclad.
Reservoir is finished and polished, ready for clearcoat.

What I had to start with
Flaking clear and paint, uncleanable dirt and oxidization.
Clear and paint all stripped. You can see the oxidation
Sanding nearly done. Machining Lines removed.
Polished. No machining lines, Mirror finish.
All 4 wheels finished. Silver paint between spokes, black lines in spokes and clearcoated using POR-15 "glisten PC" Show Less
