Here is a pic of the KLZE the day that it arrived in my garage. The KLZE is the more powerful version of the KL03 (Probe GT/MX6 motor) found here in North... Show more America. The KLZE is a 2.5L V6. The stock KLZE will have an output of approximatly 200hp as opposed the the BP (1.8L Mazda motor) that is found in the Escort, which comes stock with 127hp.So, with the motor in my possesion, things could get rolling. So things had finally started, the tired BP motor (Now property of Boost Pimp) was no longer attatched to the Escort. I also started to install a short shifter from Kartboy, but rain nixed those plans, so next time I can make it out there (Car is being stored at a friends)I will toss that in as well.
Here is a pic of the car the way that it sits now. The big clump hanging infront of the left headlight is the current wiring harness. I have a new one that is not hacked together, so the car should be up and running very very soon. :)
