Not much different besides clean car and some Sun. Keeping the Benz company..
Still enjoying the 2013 Fusion. Not pleased with availability of aftermarket parts - specifically tunes from SCT promised m... Show moreonths ago. Since getting the tint done I've turned my attentions to a Bike.. Maybe if SCT ever releases a tune so I can use my existing XF3 tuner - I'd then look to deal with the suspension some. As stands - it still handles well stock and is very much balanced in handling scenarios. Well grounded 10 months later, indeed.Don't mind the grime, she cleans up nice.. :) Show Less

Practicality has struck but is looking to be enjoyable nonetheless! Just brought home 2 new cars for the family at once; I get this fine specimen, a 20... I fit fine for a 6'5" guy, my 2 girls can fit in the back seats fine, my wife can ride with me - happy family.. Now with that out of the way - on to the modding.. Hah!Whats up:Get rid of that front bumper bracket.. (GONE - awaiting tints and new photos..)Tints - this should cost an arm and a leg; all these windows, and corner windows... Suspension - Springs for a quick stance fix; Waiting for some things to appear from Steeda/Eibach on that front. Going to go with Coilovers in the long-term 1-2 yr out range, so not too terribly worried about just throwing springs over the stock struts for an immediate fix to it's stock stance, and slight additional stiffening as bonus. Car already handles rather well out of the box, very 'Germanic' to me - reminds me greatly of my 2000 323i that I modded the hell out off (See older pics..). Tunes - Already packing an SFX XF3 tuner from my last car ('11 Mustang) that plugs right in to the Fusion and my tuner does read the car fine; I'm following some tune chatter on FordFusionClub.com about tunes; awaiting their release so I can maybe get some snappier paddle action, and perk the engine up just a 'lil bit more. This car pulls well even down low and has the same base times my BMW did but with more weight - and much more hp/tq; it all balances out. The brakes really feel good for the car's size, and seems rated best in class - WIN.Wheels- going to wait a year or so and let the wheel market flesh out and see what develops (funky bolt pattern for Fusions, 5x108? - some wheels out there, more will be out in the months to come); Looking for the right 20's - if I'm going to stance it right with Coilovers in the long-term then the right 20's will find me. Will hit 245-255's at that time, with some high-performance summer tires.Plasti-Dip - Going to hit the emblems and the wheel centers. I'll leave the outer chrome 'ring' of the emblem chrome, with the blue oval will be blacked and glossified, same with the wheel centers. Considering the grill as well - would also leave the inner chrome 'ring' chrome, with all the fins across dipped matte, and the bottom grill dipped black matte to match texture (maybe gloss those too). Minor - some external light changes (6k lamps across the board up front), and a shark antenna to replace the stock antenna (not so good looking). Show Less
