A general view, of engine bay
after the installation of strut bar,
you can recognise as well the functional hood scoop air directing schnorkel to the shielde... Show mored ''ractive'' air filter. Also on the scoop the air vents become finally functionnal.
Better detail on the functional air vents.
It's really great pleasure to watch the hot air stream of turbo coming out from the left side air vent to the sky.

This is really very easy modding if you are gonna to spray your hood for any reason and functional as well to keep the heat out of the engine bay. Show Less
After the basic modifications the time has came to upgrade from small T2 to an Garrett T03/04You will see some pictures of exhaust side and the intake side o... Show moref the turbo with the original conditions. But this Turbo will not install stock, will be further modified to spool on the lower rpm's , inside of the body will become much smooth for the flow and the body will shine under the hood.As you can see from the flange this is not a bolt on solution for ourS12's turbo manifold. So a S/S custom high flow manifold will be specially build-up to carry this little baby Show Less
This time a custom answer to one of my most recent problem!I begun to feel a weeker rear suspension setup, traction lost on cornering, weird cracking sound o... Show moren hard accelaration and well, come up with the decision to completely removing of the rear suspension to check every single part of it.Find out a totally destroyed absorbers on the rear travers. After a short checkI found out that the original parts are weak enough and I didn't want to replace them with the same weakness. Very hard accelaration, increasing boost and torque, bigger wheels made me think about having a very heavy-duty but yet functional absorbers to load on my rear travers. So I have custom build them and to give a bit more flexibility I have drilled two holes(direction to front-rear)The differance is amazing, I can load full of traction, any kind of hard accelaration, kick-ass cornering with a very successfull result.Heavy-duty part-very strong steel(4000 kind)-one day workmanship on both, but worth it. While I have the suspension apart, I wanted to show my custom build aluminium spacers on the rear for my 245/40/17's on wide body 4 inchs fenders Show Less
