OK after reading this section you might decide I am a rice boy, so this is where I try to convince you not! All my cars are red (even the work h... Show moreack commodore and toyota I had) because red goes faster, and none of my cars have ever sported a Type R badge. This green car is my definition of rice. It's an old car (Honda) that has had a load of money spent on making it look fast, when chances are it's really not! Check out the number plate too!
The Mighty Charade
To tell the truth I don't think there is such a thing as a mighty charade, after realising that even with a turbo the charade was never going to be a rocket ship, I spent my time installing a huge audio system whilst keeping the car visually standard from both the outside and in.
The system was big but installed sith stealth in mind, from teh outside with all seats in normal position you could not tell anything had been added to the stereo. It was so funny to drive up next to a rice boy car with a big stereo and just blow him away! Here you can see the two rockford punch DVC subs that are hiddden once you put the rear seat up, They were powered by a Clarion Pro Audio amp running through a Sony crossover network.
The front speakers were Rockford's top of the line Fanatic series in 6.5 inch, again run off a clarion amp. As you can see in the pic the the mid drivers were kept to the standard location and the tweeters were painted to match thier black location again for a stealth appearance.
The Kenwood stacker and one of the amps were hiddemn right up under the seats and with teh seats rolled back into normal position you couldn't see either of them. Headunit was the self hiding Kenwood mask system, and the Sony Crossover was located in the Glovebox. Show Less
