Show more it to run the way it should have. He finally sent it off to FAST and was told the mother board had problems. Leads me to think it came this way on day one.
Anyhow, I went back with twin 4150 style Holley 600 supercharger carbs and couldn't be happier. I'm just now getting around to taking new pictures after the change. I have been cleaning her up for our cruise-in this weekend so this was a good time to take some much needed pictures after going to carbs. Show Less
Updated pictures 11-15-2009Well, after many months of running without a hood and lots of pressure to put it back on I finally gave in. Didn't want to cover e... Show moreverything with a cowl so I took it to a local fabricator and he cut the opening to fit the hat and welded a lip around the inside. Then went to paint and while she was there, had him do some touching-up on whatever needed to be. Once installed, wasn't satisfied with the way the hat exited the opening, so I added a 3" spacer under the injector plate and hat. Also changed the red butterflies to black. I guess all this gives her her a more complete look. It was a pretty day Sunday, so we went to the high school stadium and shot a few pictures of the new look. Show Less
