This is my 1989 Buick Park Avenue. I bought it for $525 from a guy who bought it at an insurance auction (car was stolen and recovered). These pics are fro... Show morem when I first bought the car and I've done quite a bit since then to repair all the damage the theives (and an apparently uncaring previous owner) did the the poor PA.
(Just FYI, my camera is a cell phone so don't expect Hi-Res)
Here is a front/side shot of the PA. Not in too bad of shape for its age and miles (180k when I bought it). Unfortunately, the windshield was cracked pretty bad so I had it replaced with a new one.
Here is the trunk lid. Notice the lack of a lock cylandar...stupid theives didn't realize that there was a trunk pop button in the glovebox...but then again were talking about theives...
I have since bought and installed a junkyard special lock cylander and cover (after being rekeyed to match the doors).
I do love the granny grocery rack though...it must add at least 2 hp to it :) ...if only it was neon green -- then it would add at least 5 HP! (j/k)
Gotta love the clamshell hood :)
It has the funky vinyl top on it. Lucky for me, it isn't in too bad of shape.
Here is the good 'ole GM 3800 Vin C. It now has 186k miles on it and still going strong. I've replaced the plugs, wires, PCV valve, fuel filter, air filter, CTS sensor, ECM, and tranny filter/fluid. Show Less
