Pretty pathetic actually. I don't plan to mod this car much at all. It's my daily and I like it pretty much the way it is.
I swap... Show moreped out the original sound system which SUCKED!
I installed my Panasonic MP3 Satellite Head unit and 4 Pioneer Speakers. No subs or amps, it sounds fine the way it is for now.
I also removed the door chime. Thanks NewTiburon.com for that one!
So here is my baby's first ding. My boss put it in my fender at work. It is small but it still angered me.
Then one day during a rain storm, an employee was leaving and swung their door open on the same fender and did this...
Luckily, I go outside periodically and check on my car so I knew what car was parked next to me. I wrote a note and stuck it on their windshield. I was then contacted and the person put it through their insurance and fixed the damage.
I got it repaired at Jones body shop and they helped me out a lot more than just fixing the dent and respraying the fender. They also scratched the hell out of my hood and put various other scratches in the car. I had overspray on my windshield wipers, headlights, and front bumper cover. So if you're from the Maryland area DO NOT take your car to their body shop. They fixed most of the damage but I'm still not satisfied with them. I've noticed the clear they applied is starting to peel as well. So it will be going back unfortunately.

For my 20th birthday, I figured it was time to retire my '88 Cougar as my daily driver and buy something new. No new car struck me like the Tib. The styling is second to none. Since my Cougar is my modified performance car, I felt I didn't need a more performance oriented Tib like the GT so I went with the GS with the 2.0.
Besides, I wanted to get decent gas mileage (better than the 17 I got with the Cougar) and it was obviously less expensive than the GT. I consistantly get 30-37mpg on my daily commute. Hell, I bought the car for the styling and that's about it.
Here it is the day I brought it home.
