Then took over the wifes GSR as my daily until recently. Just last month found a great deal on another Protege. This time its a Mazdaspeed Protege #771. Titanium Grey Metallic paint and yes, unfortunatly it has a blown motor. Never thought I would get into another one until now. Price was just right and I could not pass it up. Finally I am back into another Protege! Pics of when I brought her home. Had to tow her home. Show Less

Here are my mods I have done to my Baby.Here I made Eyelids out of Fiberglass but duct taping the houseing and fiberglassing. I then took off the mold and cu... Show moret to shape.I then bought Slotted/Dimpled Brembo Rotors for the front and painted the calipers black.Then I painted the valve cover Semi-Gloss Black and installed the 4-2-1 header off for a MX6/626 4 Cyl 2.0.(Some modification had to be done to place the header on due to the EGR Bung. I then Tinted the Original rear lights. I really like them now. Used to have altezza's but got tired of them. I then made a cold air box out of fiberglass and installed a SRI Intake and sealed the box tight to the hood. I also installed a Sort of Ram Air Duct to the Box for air to be supplied to the Engine for now. Last was the Carbon Fiber Naca Duct I installed onto a Stock P5 hood. Measuring, ReMeasuring and measuring some more was done to ensure the right fit. Now I have true cold air going into the engine. Let me tell you it works very well. Filter stays very cold to the touch. I also have a Custom Dual Tip Dual Exhaust. No one I have seen has this done yet. I really like the look.
