belgianjetta: in my case i lowered it with just the springs of kw (-35mm) with the original shocks. and because my rims are 8,5" and 19" the dare to touch the bodywork when turn real fast and hit a small whole in the road, because the shocks aren't hard enough. but i think in your case if you should lower it do it with a coil-over suspension from kw of weitec v1 are the same. my brother lowered his 406 pug with kw v2 and it drive real good. i am planning on lowering my car in winter with kw's and lay it as low as it can go with the 19"....
