PHATBOYCRXHF: yeah i think those are just taped on.so just go from one side and get a pudy knife in there ar something that will lift it up ,then just pull them off ,you'll most likely have residue and tape left behind and the best way ive found to remove that is with a heat gun or a hair dryer .heat it up a bit and use your finger to roll it up and remove it ....good luck and keep me posted ....oh yeah i hate moldings they cause rust lol peace...

PHATBOYCRXHF: the moldings are held on by white plastic clips.its pretty hard to remove the moldings without breaking them since they are old and brittle .you can take a molding remover or a puddy knife and pop them off that way or go from inside and remove the interior panels to take them off that way . are you doing this to a 90 to 93 or a newer one ? becuase if your doing thisa newer one i tink they are just double taped on...

PHATBOYCRXHF: it took me about 2 days in total to weld in the metal and about a week all together cleaning blending intot he 1/4's and filler work . you have a welder and stuff ? i dont suggest it if not .since it will crack with fiberglass .you really need something on the back side for strength well have a good one...
