Litre8: Thanks for the comments. A GenIII and 6 speed would be a great drivetrain combo for a Toranam LC/LJ or LH/LX/UC. A GenII style LS6 would be magic....

Haddaway: Hey, Yeah thats a Tire in the engine bay.. It's in the back now, it makes it kinda hard to check the tranny fluid otherwise. Anyhoo, You're in Australia and you never seen a older Subaru! or a EA82/L-series Subaru like mine! They're pretty popular there BTW. So alright, Well cool Holden! Looks like good project. I see you met "RIM-010" he's got that cool LJ which he did a ton of work on. IIRC he replaced the front clip cause the other one was in a crash.. Alright again cool car!...

RIM-010: Cheers for the comments. The LJ will be staying relatively stock in most aspects. I wanted to work an Alloytec V6 into it, but my old man is not easily persuaded, and wants to keep it powered by the good old Holden straight 6... So I've come to a compromise, and now plan to drop a blue 202 with and underbonnet blower into it :D Otherwise it will be staying pretty original. Original colour, original interior, etc. I want to get 15" wheels for it, though. ...
