ecomadness: yes the needles come out. Then you need to peel off the old stock cluster. then to wire it up just ground it to you battery. as for the positive wire you need to find one. i just connected it to a switch i have for my fog lights....

sunfire001: when I first ordered it they asked me if I wanted the evil eyes molded in so I got them, I didn't know they could do that until they asked so you might have to look furthur into it and find out if it can still be done...
