Imperialman: Hi! Take a look at my '93 Spirit site now!...

Imperialman: Hi! Thanks for looking and thanks for your generous compliments. The exhaust was quite a feat on this car. As we ended up building it, it is a single exhaust with dual outlets done by the brilliant guys (mainly Angel) <LINK http://www.madhattermufflersandbrakes.com>at Mad Hatter Mufflers and Brakes</LINK> here in Phoenix. They ran new pipe from the converter back. Right after the converter is a 30" Flowmaster muffler to give a rich tone, then new pipe over the axle into another Flowmaster muffler. For the outlet, they made a "Y"...one tip exits and the other is attached to an "L" which goes across the back of the car between the bumper and fuel tank to the other side, where it attaches to another "L" and exits on an identical chrome tip. Total cost just under $400 and well worth every penney to me. It has a nice sound, nothing like the 4-cylinder rice burners, and in the winter you can see (and hear) the exhaust flowing from both sides of the rear...GREAT! It sounds as good as it looks now. This car was tough because of the short wheelbase and short body overhang in the rear, but they made it happen for me. I am having them do my 1990 Plymouth Acclaim LX V6, my other 1993 Dodge Spirit ES my 1991 Imperial (For sale). They have already done my 1993 Imperial (going to my sister), which is gorgeous (Also on CarDomain), as is my 1973 Imperial LeBaron Coupe. The Spirits and Acclaim are great cars...I have three adopted teenage sons and these cars are perfect for them. Again, thanks for looking!...
