Hey, I'm looking at getting a '83 B2200 diesel. I wondered about the sellers mpg of 50-55 on vegi (WVO). How did you get 1500 lb weight? That seems light. The vehicle is going for $2500, is WVO, w/ topper, nice new paint and very sturdy as California car. Owner suggested it can tow a car via car dolly. Do believe it has that much power? How did you get 89 horsepower rating? Thank you for any info.

Seems like nice vehicle. Has wing windows in cab, pass-through, and bench seat(better than VW caddys), which all are additional benefits. Do you know where spare tire is?

Cool truck, man. My family hoards those buggers. Grandad has 2 (plus 2 datsuns), great aunt has 2, great uncle has 1 and a ranger with a mazda engine, and a nissan. All Diesels! My grandfather has over 400k on his driver! Good luck with it!
